Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Ratonix to compose or send messages that threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against any person or group; constitute harassment, stalking, or cyberbullying; target individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; or constitute hate speech under applicable law.

You may not use Ratonix to impersonate any person or organization; compose phishing messages or social engineering attacks; create fraudulent business communications; obtain money, credentials, or data through deception; or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, or equivalent anti-spam laws.

You may not use Ratonix to exploit the cognitive or psychological vulnerabilities of individuals; manipulate elderly persons, minors, or individuals with diminished capacity against their interests; coerce individuals through illegitimate pressure; or facilitate elder abuse, domestic abuse, or any form of coercion.

You may not use Ratonix in connection with any violation of applicable local, state, federal, or international law; weapons or drug trafficking; human trafficking or exploitation; money laundering or sanctions evasion; unauthorized computer access; or violations of export control laws.

You may not use Ratonix to disclose another person’s private information without consent (doxxing); facilitate stalking or surveillance; violate wiretapping or electronic surveillance laws; or assist in the unauthorized collection of personal data.

You may not use Ratonix to assist with plagiarism, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or trade secret misappropriation.

Legal proceedings: Do not use Ratonix to draft content for court submission without ensuring compliance with applicable procedural rules and professional conduct requirements. Many jurisdictions require disclosure and certification of AI-assisted legal content.

Medical: Do not use Ratonix to compose communications providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Financial: Do not use Ratonix for regulated financial communications unless you hold required licenses and comply with applicable disclosure requirements.

Academic: Do not use Ratonix for academic work in violation of your institution’s integrity policies.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models; use bots or automated scripts to exceed normal usage rates; circumvent security controls; probe our systems without authorization; introduce malware; share account credentials; or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

You may not use Ratonix to generate child sexual abuse material; detailed instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content facilitating terrorism or violent extremism; or non-consensual intimate imagery.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice, preserve and disclose data to law enforcement when necessary, and pursue civil remedies for serious violations. Enforcement decisions are made in our sole discretion.
